A Message from Yuuichirou Umehara to All Fans

I have been taking a break for a long time due to treatments for my sickness, but I will gradually restart my work.
I apologize for causing you trouble during the holidays.
Thanks to all of you for your cooperation. I sincerely thank you for your warm support.

Yuuichirou Umehara

Yuuichirou Umehara is best known for his roles as Black Jack in “Young Black Jack”, Goujo Karasuma in “Girlish Number”, and The Ox in “Juuni Taisen”. His sudden hiatus due to illness forced several anime to replace him mid-season. This includes the role of Goro in “Darling in the Franxx” — Daiki Hamano replaced him for the role starting Episode 23, and role of Hajime Sugimoto in “Tada Never Falls in Love” — Tomokazu Sugita took on this role shortly after.
