“Tiger & Bunny” first aired in 2011, and was produced by Sunrise under the direction of Keiichi Satou. The screenplay was written by Masafumi Nishida, while original character designs were by Masakazu Katsura. The series is experiencing a resurgence with a recent slate of announcements, including a new spin-off TV series and a possible Hollywood film adapatation.
