As reported earlier this week, creative partners Tsutomu Mizushima and Michiko Yokote have teased fans about a new project, which has finally been revealed: “Kouya no Kotobuki Hikoutai” (which roughly translates to “Kotobuki Wilderness Squadron”)!
“Kouya no Kotobuki Hikoutai” will followthe adventures of an all-girl air squadron based in — where else, the wilderness. The series will be launched in 2019, and will star Sayumi Suzushiro, Eri Yukimura, Sayaka Nakaya, Asami Seto, Hibiku Yamamura, and Miyu Tomita in the lead roles.
A smartphone game app is also slated to launch by the end of 2019, with the anime cast-members reprising their roles.
