Another major announcement made at this previous weekends’s “Fantasia Bunko Dai Kanshasai 2018” — besides the upcoming releases of the “Fantasia Re:Build” game and the third season of “Date A Live“, is the TV adaptation of Dachima Inakas’s light novel “Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks?” (“Tsuujou Kougeki ga Zentai Kougeki de ni Kai Kougeki no Okaa-san wa Suki Desuka?”). The new series will star Ai Kayano and Haruki Iyashi.
“Do You Love Your Mom?” starts off with the typical light novel trope of the main character Masato Oosuki being trapped inside a game just like SAO, OVERLORD, and a bunch of other titles, after he fills out a survey form that ends up being a government scheme to select candidates for their secret project. An avid gamer, he’s eager to show off his skills, but to his dismay his mum is also trapped in the game as God-mode player with maxed-out dual-wield and multi-target skills!
