The Dragon Ball Super staff recently appeared in a panel discussion New York Comic-Con. There, they just dropped a brand new trailer, which also announces the anime’s English Dub release. However, they didn’t just reveal an English version of the trailer, but a Japanese one as well:

The new video features Goku, Vegeta, and Broly as kids. It also features their parents, Bardock, King Vegeta, and Paragus, and even Goku’s mother Gine. This marks Gine’s first appearance in the anime.

The film itself will be holding a world premiere event at the Nippon Budoukan on November 14, 2018. It will then open in theatres throughout Japan, before getting screened in other countries. Mangaka Akira Toriyama himself is writing the scripts, as well as designing the characters. Meanwhile, One Piece Film Z’s Tatsuya Nagamine is directing it over at Toei Animation.
