Yabako Sandrovich and Daromeon’s “Kengan Ashura” will be getting a TV anime adaptation exclusively via streaming service Netflix. The TV series is slated to premier in 2019, and will star Tatsuhisa Suzuki, Tatsu Inada, Shunya Enoki, and Daisuke Namikawa.
“kengan Ashura” is set in the world where gladiator arenas still exist in certain areasof Japan. In these arenas, wealthy business owners and merchants hire gladiators to fight in unarmed combat where winner takes all. Tokita Ohma, nicknamed “Ashura”, joins these arenas and devastates his opponents.
