Luce Twinkle Wink☆ member Megumi Nishikiori has announced her graduation from the Japanese idol group in January 2019. She cites her failing health as the official reason for her leaving th popular group.
“Since my physical condition started deteriorating about two years ago, it’s been difficult to keep up with Luce’s group activities. Now that I am on my 8th year in the idol industry, I would like to do my best to regain my health,” Megumi stated on her official blog. She always wished the rest of her fellow Luce Twinkle Wink☆ members a long a succesful carreer.
The full line-up of Luce Twinkle Wink☆ with Yukino Usami, Saki Fukasawa, Megumi Nishikiori, Saori Itayama, Kaho Higaki, performed for the first time in Singapore at last year’s C3 AFA Singapore I Love Anisong concert. The group is also known for singing the theme songs for the TV anime “And You Thought There Is Never a Girl Online??” and “Urara Meirochou”.
