It’s the most eagerly-anticipated Japanese Pop Culture event on the regional calendar! With amazing contents and incomparable acts direct from Japan, C3AFA Singapore 2018 is slated from the 30th of November to 2nd December 2018! And for the first time ever in Singapore, the hard rocking guys of SPYAIR are here to blast the roof off the I Love Anisong stage!
SPYAIR is a Japanese rock band formed in 2005 by 4 men, IKE (Vocal), UZ (Guitar & Programming) / MOMIKEN (Bass) / KENTA (Drums). In August of 2010, they received their major label debut with “LIAR”, under Sony Music. The following year in 2011, they held their first solo outdoor live concert at the Hibiya Open Air Concert Hall, which was followed by a successful live concert in 2012 at the Nippon Budokan. In 2017, 15,000 people attended their solo outdoor live at Fuji-Q Highland, which was also followed by the band’s largest Japanese arena tour.
Till date they have released 22 singles and 5 albums, with each release ranking in the top 10 in Japan. Their music has also received physical and digital releases overseas, and they have performed live in Korea, Taiwan Region, Mainland China, France and more. From September till December, they are scheduled to perform in over 20 countries in America, South America and Asia, in their first world tour “SPYAIR WORLD TOUR 2018”, increasing their global presence. SPYAIR has provided the theme song to multiple popular anime, some of which includes: “Gintama”, “BLEACH”, “Haikyuu!!”, “MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS”.
