Looks like Shinnosuke Nohara is back with even more hilarious antics for a new film coming up in 2019. And now, the anime’s staff have revealed it’s taking place in Australia, and will also take inspiration from Indiana Jones. Its title Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Shinkon Ryokou Hurricane ~Ushinawareta Hiroshi~ (Crayon Shin-chan the Movie: Honeymoon Hurricane, Lost Hiroshi) and it will open in Japan on 19 April 2019. They also revealed a new trailer, as well as its logo and the Indiana Jones-inspired visual:

The anime film will feature the Nohara family travelling to Australia for a family-friendly trip. However, what they got is an adventure featuring some Australian wildlife, some treasure, and of course, treasure hunters.

The film will mark seiyuu Yumiko Kobayashi’s debut as Shinnosuke “Shin-chan” Nohara. She took over the role from Akiko Yajima, who recently departed the role. However, much of the staff are returning for this one, including director Masazu Hashimoto. Shin-Ei Animation, TV Asahi, ADK, and Futabasha are co-producing the film.
