A new trailer for the live-action feature film adaptation of “Gakkou Gurashi” (“School Live”) has been released! Scheduled to hit Japanese cinemas on January 2019, the film will star Nanami Abe, Midori Nagatsumi, Wakana Majima, and Rio Kiyohara.

“School Live” follows the daily life of Yuki Takeya — a annoyingly cheerful high school girl who lives at Megurigaoka Private High School as part of the School Living Club. She is friends with fellow clubmembers Kurumi Ebisuzawa, Yūri Wakasa, and Miki Naoki.

As the series progresses, it is learned that Yuki is a delusional school girl, believing that everything is normal and her classmates and teachers are alive, when in fact a zombie outbreak has killed most of the people in the city — if not the entire world.
