After much trolling, Hideaki Sorachi’s Gintama manga has a clear end volume. The release of the manga’s 76th tankoubon volume has confirmed that the manga will end in the next volume, which is Volume 77.
From what the the 76th volume has revealed, the final volume will ship out sometime in spring 2019. They haven’t announced an exact release date yet.
The manga has now ended its run in Weekly Shounen Jump magazine. It then transferred to Jump Giga magazine last month. There, it will end its long and historic 4th wall-breaking run. But then again, there’s also the possibility of Sorachi trolling us again…
