“How Much Heavy Dumbbells Can You Lift?” follows the plight of high school student Hibiki Sakura, who loves to eat. When a friend comments on her weight gain, she is determined to diet and exercise her way to a slim summer figure. However, she cannot do it alone, so she joins a neighborhood gym — where she meets student council president Akemi Souryuuin (who has a muscle fetish). Together, they enter the challenging world of weight-training.
