Two unlikely titles get a brand new crossover manga, and it involves a rather interesting “What If?” scenario. It asks what if Rimuru doesn’t reincarnate as a slime, but as Kosaku Shima instead? This is actually the latest installment of Kenshi Hirokane’s hit Kosaku Shima series, which follows a worker as he moves himself up the corporate ladder.

In the manga, it will have the 37-year-old protagonist of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime find himself reincarnated in 1984 as the 37-year-old Kosaku Shima. And much like the other manga, it will feature Shima climb the corporate ladder once again!

Its title is Regarding Reincarnated to Shima Kosaku, and the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime novel author Fuse is working with Kosaku Shima artist Taiki Kawakami. It will be a regular serialised series which will kick off its run inside the pages of Kodansha’s Evening Seinen magazine. It will be making its debut on 12th March 2019.
