After just returning from a 4-month hiatus last month, it seems that Gosho Aoyama is taking another break for his Detective Conan manga. According to Weekly Shonen Sunday’s 15th issue, he will be taking a 1-month break from drawing the manga to conduct some necessary research.

The manga just returned from a 4-week hiatus last 13th February. And much like this latest one, the previous hiatus was also to conduct research. This new hiatus will last from the 16th issue of the magazine all the way to the 18th issue.

Meanwhile, the new Detective Conan: Fist of the Blue Sapphire anime film is confirmed to hit Southeast Asia! Odex will be bringing the film to the region, and it is set right here in Singapore! From ODEX, the schedule for the movie’s release in the various asian markets are,
• Singapore – early Jun 2019
• Malaysia – late Jun 2019
• Indoneisa – mid Jun 2019
• Philippines – mid July 2019
