After a 2-month hiatus last year, it looks like Ritz Kobayashi is going on hiatus again. And much like the previous hiatus for the Saki manga, this one will also be quite short as well. This will be for Kobayashi’s main Saki manga, and not for one of its various spin-offs.

According to the the fifth issue of Square Enix’s Young Gangan magazine, Kobayashi’s Saki manga is going on break until May 2019. To be specific, it will return in the magazine’s 11th issue, due out on 17th May.

The manga went on two hiatuses previously, with the latest one lasting from August to October last year.

Saki follows the titular Saki, who is a mahjong genius despite not being overly fond of the game. It received several anime adaptations, as well as five spin-off manga. This includes Saki Achiga-hen episode of side-A, which itself also has its own TV anime adaptation.
