Tokyo Ghoul is back with a new live-action film titled Tokyo Ghoul S. It will once again star Masataka Kubota as Ken Kaneki, with Maika Yamamoto as the new Tohka. And now, the staff have finally revealed a brand new trailer for the upcoming film, along with a new key visual.

The new trailer focuses on Shuu Tsukayama (played by Shota Matsuda) and his obsession towards Ken Kaneki. Meanwhile, the staff previously confirmed that Shunya Shiraishi is returning as Nishiki Nishio, while Kai Ogasawara is also returning as Hide Nagachika.

Tokyo Ghoul 2 will have its Japanese premiere on 19 July 2019. Unfortunately, they still haven’t confirmed any international release as of yet. The first film made its premiere during last year’s Anime Expo 2017 event before making its Japanese premiere. They also screened the film in Southeast Asia, including right here in Singapore!
