After stating that if Dropkick on My Devil!‘s home video sales would reach 2,000, it would get a second season, the staff are making good on their promise! The anime is now getting a second season, and its twitter page confirmed that it will be released sometime in 2020. It also revealed a brand new exhibition event that will kick off later this month.

The event is called “Jashin-chan Exhibition Mini”, and it will be stopping by Shibuya Marui in Tokyo from 15th-30th June. It will then head to Nanba Marui from 5th-15th July, before finally heading to Fukuoka’s Hakata Marui from 19th July until 5th August. The exhibition will display various artworks, production materials, and manga illustrations.

Here’s how Amazon Prime, which also streams the anime, describes its story:

Jashin-chan, a devil from Hell was abruptly summoned to the human world by Yurine Hanazono, a stoic college student who lives in a run-down apartment in Jinbocho. They’re forced to become roommates since Yurine doesn’t know how to send Jashin-chan back. But according to Jashin-chan, she could return by killing Yurine, so she takes action…?! A viperous roomie comedy that keeps you on your toes!
