One of Tomokazu Seki‘s most iconic characters is of course, Gilgamesh from the Fate series. And as The Epic of Gilgamesh is getting an audio book adaptation in Japan, who better to recite it than Gilgamesh himself?! Here’s a taste of how it’s gonna sound like:

The Epic of Gilgamesh was a poem written in approximately 2100 BC. It’s one of the most ancient texts in human history, pre-dating many other ancient epics.

Tokyo’s Ancient Orient Museum is responsible for releasing an audio CD for the audio book. Its release window will be for July 2019. This won’t be the first time Seki has teamed up with the museum though, as he previously provided his voice as an audio guide for the museum’s Gilgamesh exhibit.
