I LOVE ANISONG Matsuri Malaysia will be happening on the 8th and 9th of June 2019 at Quill City Mall in Kuala Lumpur! In preparation for the event happening this weekend, we managed to snag an exclusive pre-interview with Bless4 you can check right here!

Is this your first time going to Malaysia?

Actually no, we were here about 6 and a half years ago!  We unfortunately didn’t get to spend too much time there, but we are definitely looking forward to going back!!

What do you think of Kuala Lumpur?

 It’s a beautiful place, filled with lights, bright colors, and great food!  We got to eat durian for the first time while we were there…. Quite the experience!

Do you have any places you want to go visit in particular?

Yes, we’d like to go to the Batu Caves and the Sunway Lagoon =)

What was your musical influences growing up?

Backstreet Boys and Michael Jackson

You did an Asian tour last year, what was your highlights of the Asian tour?

It was our first time being able to go on our own tour, so that in itself was such a blessing!  We enjoyed spending time in each area with each crowd.  It was a thrill to go to Taipei and Hong Kong, and see the audience singing our songs together! 

We grew as an artist and as a group, especially making the music and performing the songs in our new album.  We would love to spread our wings and be able to fly out to Kuala Lumpur on a tour as well.

What’s your favourite anime and why?

Our all-time favorite anime is Dragon Ball Z!  We grew up watching it in the US, but while we there, it helped us learn about our roots, taught us the language: oni-chan, one-chan, etc, and helped us want to become stronger, to be able to fight for what we thought was right, but in the right way.

We believe we were also the ones who spread this anime to everyone in the US *wink* ha ha ha LOL!

Among the four of you, who do you think is the most Otaku?

Oni-chan and AIKI.

What is “So Japan” to you?

Print club pictures, peace signs when you take pictures, all the seasonal(and region limited) products they have of everything like Kit-Kats and Hi-Chew, and local mascots.

We like to give performances with high energy, and love to get the crowd going!  So hope you all come ready to PARTY♪
