The story of Sword Art Online: Alicization continues with the anime’s second part, War of the Underworld. And now, the anime’s official website has confirmed that anisong superstar LiSA is involved with the anime. She will be performing the anime’s ED song, which is titled “Unlasting”.

Meanwhile, Haruka Tomatsu, who voices Asuna in the anime, is performing the show’s OP theme song “Resolution”. And speaking of Asuna, she will be getting a much bigger role for this second part of Alicization!

Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld will premiere on 12 October 2019. It will be continuing where it previously left off, as Kirito and Alice explore the dark secrets of Underworld.

Manabu Ono is returning from the first part to once again direct the anime over at A-1 Pictures. Meanwhile, Gou Suzuki, Shingo Adachi, and Tomoya Nishiguchi are all credited for character designs. Expect the staff to reveal more details soon enough.
