The idols from Nogizaka46 are returning for a brand new stage musical adaptation of Sailor Moon. And now, the anime’s official website has released a new visual, and it features the cast in costume:

The idols who will play the Sailor Senshii for this run will include (from left to right):

  • Junna Itou as Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter
  • Hazuki Mukai as Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury
  • Shiori Kubo as Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon
  • Seira Hayakawa as Rei Hino/Sailor Mars
  • Mayu Tamura as Minako Aino/Sailor Venus

Narumi Tamaki will play Queen Beryl, while Mieko Ishii will be playing Tuxedo Mask. The play will first run at the Tokyo City Dome Hall from 10th-14th October. It will also have several performances in Shanghai, China, at the Majestic Theatre from 22nd-24th November.

At the previous Sailor Moon stage musical, Mizuki Yamashita played Usagi/Sailor Moon. Other previous cast members include Riria Itou as Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury, Kazumi Takayama as Rei Hino/Sailor Mars, Ami Noujou as Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter, and Hina Higuchi as Minako Aino/Sailor Venus.
