It’s hard to believe that it has been 15 years since Type-Moon first released Fate/Stay Night as an Eroge… or an adult visual novel. The series has now evolved into something bigger after all those years though, now being a global (and a little bit more family-friendly) franchise. And as it celebrates 15 years, Type-Moon is celebrating with a special event:

Fate/stay night: Tracing 15 Years of TYPE-MOON will be a live event happening at the Sony Music Roppongi Museum in Tokyo. And much like the original game, the event will happen in three routes. And each route has its own visual, and original artist Takashi Takeuchi drew them himself:

Fate Phase (Altria Pendragon): 20th December – 20th January

Unlimited Blade Works (Rin Tohsaka): 23rd January – 24th February

Heaven’s Feel phase (Sakura Matoh): (27th February – 5th April)

Sorry folks, Illya doesn’t have her own route in the originals. However, she does have her own magical girl spin-off.

Advance ticket sales cost 2,300 yem, while on-the-day tickets cost 2,500 yen. Lawson has now opened lottery slots to get the chance to win advance tickets for the event.
