Arch has announced that they are teaming up with Azur Lane publisher, Yostar, to establish a new anime studio. They will be managing it, and it’s called Yostar Pictures. The studio’s first work will be the new Azur Lane Bisoku Zenshin! spin-off anime.

Yostar CEO Hengda Li will serve as the studio’s representative director. Board members will include Albacrow LLC’s Ryousuke Inagaki, as well as SSSS.Gridman chief animation supervisor Kengo Saitou. As for Arch, they will be supporting it with product and strategy planning.

As for their first anime, it adapts Azur Lane’s official 4-koma manga. It follows the daily lives of the shipgirls of Azur Lane, and fans can now read it for free via Ichijinsha’s official website. Particularly, it follows Destroyer Javelin in her day-to-day life. However, do note that the manga is in Japanese.
