After teasing that he has a new TV anime in the works, former Kemono Friends director Tatsuki finally revealed what it is. It turns out that his Hentatsu anime is getting a TV anime release. They even posted the very first episode on Twitter:

This new series will be an animated short which is now airing on TV via Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and BS11. It will air at around 11:57 pm JST every Saturday, just before the broadcast of Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story.

TATSUKI gained notariety when he directed Kemono Friends. The anime was one of the decade’s most surprising successes, and Tatsuki was so loved that fans became angry when Kadokawa fired him and his crew from the franchise.
