The official YouTube channel for the Aikatsu! idol franchise, AiTube, has announced that a new Aikatsu anime is indeed coming. It will be a TV anime that will begin airing in autumn 2020 via TV Tokyo.

Unfortunately, they did not yet announce its title and its story/ setting. However, they did promise to reveal more details about this new project in June.

And that is not all, because the AiTube YouTube channel will also be streaming a “special edition” of the Aikatsu on Parade! TV anime.

The special edition will focus on focus on idol Noel Otoshiro (CV: Ai Kakuma) as she enters the Dream School Grand Prix competition.
