Several news sources in Japan have reported that seiyuu Nobuhiko Okamoto was seen around Tokyo’s Kabukichou area meeting up with an unnamed female. And now, the seiyuu finally breaks his silence and apologised for his actions. There, he revealed that he’s actually married, and his wife is none other than fellow seiyuu Asuka Oogame.
The A Certain series seiyuu apparently met with the female at a hotel. He would then apologise and reveal his marriage because of this. Okamoto also says that he still has room to grow as a seiyuu, and said he knows that many of his fans might have felt betrayed by his actions.
As for his wife, Oogame posted on Twitter, confirming her marriage with Okamoto. She explained that she did not announce her marriage in order to separate her work life with her private life.
Fans might know Nobuhiko Okamoto as Katsuki Bakugou in My Hero Academia, as well as Accelerator in Blue Exorcist. As for Oogame, she voiced Erio Touwa in Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl, and Kirin Morinoin Gourmet Girl Graffiti. Source:Â Oricon
