My Hero Academia’s fourth TV anime season finally ended, but it looks like there will be more hero action. As the episode ended, it announced that a fifth season is coming for the show. They even released a teaser PV, as well as a teaser visual:

Both the visual and the PV tease that a “new something is awakening”.  Both also confirm that the 5th season is coming. Unfortunately, the anime’s release window, staff, cast, and other details are still unknown as of writing.

The Fourth season was split into two parts, with the first cour covering the Hero Internship arc from the manga. Meanwhile, the second cour followed the UA School Festival arc. Expect the staff to announce more details about the fifth season soon.
