Yoshinobu Akita’s Sorcerous Stabber Orphen light novel series just got a new remake anime. And now, as that anime aired its final episode, it also announced that a second season is now in the works. Its title will be Sorcerous Stabber Orphen -Battle of Kimluck-.

Aside from the new second season, the anime’s staff previously revealed that it’s also getting an unaired 14th episode. It Unfortunately, the staff did not reveal any further details about this new season just yet.

Akita-sensei debuted the light novels back in 1994. And as it celebrates its milestone anniversary, they released this new anime. Takayuki Hamana is directing the series, with Studio DEEN handling the animation production.

Sorcerous Stabber Orphen previously received two TV anime adaptations. The first TV anime ran from October 1998-March 1999, while the second series ran from October 1999 until March 2000. J.C. Staff animated both series.
