Via Comic Natalie: Shueisha’s Weekly Shounen Jump has issued a statement that Tatsuya Matsuki and Shiro Usazaki “act-age” manga will cease publication effective immediately, after Matsuki’s arrest by Tokyo Metropolitan Police. The chapter that will appear on the #36 and #37 double issue will be its last.

“act-age” has sold over 3 million copies in total, with a stage adaptation slated for 2022. “act-age” tells the story of Kei Yonagi, a high school student who dreams of becoming an actress. She has a talent for method acting and often loses herself in the role, making it difficult to win auditions as some casting agents consider her a liability.
