Via Comic Natalie: Hiroyuki Takei’s “Shaman King” is re-opening the “Shaman King Exhibition” from 4th to 13th September at the World Import Mart Building in Ikebukuro Sunshine City, Tokyo.
The original run of the exhibition was held in Tokyo, Osaka, and Aomori in late 2019, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the “Shaman King” manga. The new run will feature additional art and experiential zones.
Takei debuted Shaman King in 1998, before abruptly ending it in 2004. He did release a “true ending” for the manga in 2009 though, with a reprinted issue. He also released several short stories with Shaman King 0 in Jump X magazine, before publishing the Shaman King Flowers sequel manga, which ran from 2012-2014.
