Via Comic Natalie: KADOKAWA will launch a new manga magazine, “Aokishi”, on 20th April 2021. The magazine aims to break away from the common perception of manga magazines that deal only with the same genre. Showing with the desire to “encounter newer works”, each volume will feature works of various genres such as action, romantic comedy, history, and yonkoma.

The editorial teams of Monthly ASUKA, Haruta, and Dengeki Maoh will be contributing to “Aokishi”. Kaoru Mori’s “A Bride’s Story”, Aki Irie’s “Cloudy and Going North-Northwest”, Tetsuya Nakamura’s “Goat and Sheep’s Crown”, and Hirona Takahashi’s “Red Tsubaki” have been transferred to the magazine as part of its debut line-up.
