Via Comic Natalie: the “Even a Worm” arc of Kazuya Minekura’s “SAIYUKI” series will be adapted into a TV anime! Titled “Saiyuki RELOAD -ZEROIN-“, the teaser visual, logo, and PV drawn by Minekura have been released to accompany the fresh announcement.

“SAIYUKI RELOAD BLAST” — the latest instalment in the “SAIYUKI” series, is serialized in the monthly comic ZERO-SUM. The entire franchise has exceeded 25 million copies in print, in addition to being made into TV anime, OVAs, stageplays, and musicals.

Liden Films is in charge of the animation production of “Saiyuki RELOAD -ZEROIN-“, with castmembers Toshihiko Seki, Souishirou Hoshi, Hiroaki Hirata, and Ishida Akira set to reprise their roles.
