Via Comic Natalie: Inoue’s hit manga “Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Meido” will be adapted into a TV anime this year; “Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Meido” is currently being serialised in Shogakukan’s Sunday Webly, and has released 10 collected volumes so far. The TV anime adaptation will star Natsuki Hanae and Ayumi Mano in the two lead roles. It will be directed by Yoshinobu Yamakawa, with series composition by Hideki Shirane, and animation by JC Staff.

“Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Meido” follow the story of the nameless “Young Master” or Bocchan, who has been sent off by his family to live in a far-clung country manor after falling under a curse that kills every living thing he touches. He is attended to by an ailing old butler, as well as a sole maid named “Alice”. Alice and the Young Master fall in love, and together they are trying to find a way to break the curse and live happily ever after.
