First announced by Neflix in 2018, the animated adaptation of Budjette Tan and Kajo Baldisimo’s “Trese” just dropped its trailer in English, Filipino, and Japanese! The long-awaited horror mystery series will be debuting on the international streaming platform in June 2021.



“Trese” is set in Manila, and it follows the adventures of a female exorcist and demon-slayer who takes on the criminal underworld — both in the literal and the metaphorical sense.
