Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) has announced that it has acquired the game development company Nixxes Software BV. Nixxes Software is a Dutch developer founded in 199, specializing in game design, development, and porting.

Nixxes has worked on projects such as “Marvel’s Avengers” and “Tomb Raider”. Nixxes will join PlayStation Studios Technology, Creative & Services Group to provide high quality in-house technical and development capabilities for PlayStation Studios.
