The anime will be supervised by Yasutaka Yamamoto of “Nekopara” and “Ika-musume” fame and directed by Tomoei Makino who worked on “Kitsutsuki Tantei-dokoro”. “Aharen-san wa Hakarenai” is a teen comedy about a petite and quiet high school girl named Aharen, and a boy named Raido who sits next to her in class. Aharen has a problem with interpreting personal distance — either she is too close for comfort or she is too far away to communicate with. One day, Raido picked up the eraser Aharen had dropped, and she began to assume that they were best friends.
