Via Comic Natalie: the 8th arc of Hirohiko Araki’s “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure” titled “JoJolion” has reached its final chapter in the September issue of Ultra Jump, released 19th August 2021. “JoJolion” started serialisation in Ultra Jump in May 2011. The 27th volume of the collected editions will be released on 17th September 2021, and Araki has hinted that he will be back for the 9th Arc tentatively titled “JoJoLANDS” after an indefinite break.

“JoJo Lion” fleshes out the story of Toho Sadasuke, who first appeared in “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Diamond Is Unbreakable”. Having lost his memory, he sets out to unravel his mysterious circumstances in S-City, M-Prefecture — where strange structures known locally as “Wall Eyes” appeared, with the inexplicable ability to swap the characteristics of any two objects buried underneath.

Araki’s long-running “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure” spans at least 127 volumes and eight major story arcs — five of which have already received animated adaptations: “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure”, “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Stardust Crusaders”, “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Diamond Is Unbreakable”, “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Golden Wind”, “Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan”, and the upcoming “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Stone Ocean”.
