According to the leaked scan, Dragon Ball creator, Akira Toriyama himself, will be writing the story, however, it will be illustrated by Toyotarou, who illustrated the Resurrection ‘F’ manga. This new Dragon ball Super manga will be launched in V-Jump’s August 2015 edition.

Meanwhile, Dragon Ball Super is scheduled to premiere this July 2015 and will be the first new Dragon Ball series since Dragon ball GT finished airing in 1997. It will be set a few years after the Majin Buu saga.

Kimitoshi Chioka is at the helm of this new anime as the director with Toei Animation once again producing the series. Meanwhile, Akira Toriyama is credited for “original story & character concepts.”
