Masami Kurumada’s beloved shounen manga, Saint Seiya, is celebrating its 30th anniversary since the manga first made its debut back in 1986. To celebrate the occasion, a special 30th anniversary event will be held inside Akihabara UDX, and it will be called “Saint Seiya 30th Anniversary Exhibition: Complete Works of Saint Seiya.”

Toei Animation, as well as Masami Kurumada himself, will be taking part in this exhibition, which is scheduled in June 2016. But the highlight of the event will be the unveiling of 12 life-size statues featuring the series’ mighty Gold Saints. That’s right folks, all 12 of Saint Seiya’s Gold Saints will each be getting their own shiny and golden life-size statues.

The Gold Saints are the most powerful saints in Athena’s army, and each one wears a Gold Cloth which corresponds to a Zodiac sign. The exhibition will feature Aries Mu, Taurus Aldebaran, Gemini Saga, Cancer Deathmask, Leo Aiolia, Virgo Shaka, Libra Dohko, Scorpio Milo, Sagittarius Seiya, Capricorn Shura, Aquarius Camus, and Pisces Aphrodite. Previously, only the Gold Cloth armors were displayed, but now, it will be life-size statues.
