Moonies in Tokyo have a lot to be happy about, because not only has Sailor Moon Crystal returned for a second season, but there will also be a special exhibition for the anime. The event will be held later this month at the Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo.
Called “The Exhibition of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon,” the exhibition will be a celebration of more than 20 years worth of Naoko Takeuchi’s classic magical girl manga. It will open starting 16 April, and will be open until 19 June 2016.
The exhibition will boast life-size statues of all five Inner Senshii, Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Venus, as well as an exhibit of artworks by series mangaka, Naoko Takeuchi. And like many anime exhibitions, there will also be a special merchandise booth, where event-exclusive goodies will be sold.
The exhibition will also feature a special Sailor Moon cafe, which will be serving these following goodies:
Sailor Moon Burger: 1,600 yen
Tuxedo Mask Pasta: 1,300 yen
3 Talisman Curry: 1,450 yen
Sky Miracle Romance Parfait: 1,250 yen
Chibi Usa Pudding ala Mode: 1,100 yen
Luna-P Berry Mousse Ball: 1,200 yen
The cafe will also be serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails, each one being inspired by a Sailor Senshii.
Now, wouldn’t that meal show some MOON PRIDE?
