[SEIYUU] Wake Up, Girls! to host own variety show

The famous idol unit from the Anime, “Wake Up, Girls!” will be hosting their own variety show “WUG BAN!” on the 14 July 2015 on TV Tokyo. The new show, which includes all members of “Wake Up, Girls!”  (Mayu Yoshioka, Airi Eino, Minami Tanaka, Yoshino Aoyama, Nanami Yamashita, Kaya Okuno, Takagi Miyu), will be working on fresh challenges for the growth and support for the unit.

Similarly to a project in the past, 「Wake Up Girls! “Natsu Gasshuku, Yarasete Kudasai!”」, there will be more surprises to come forth in this new one.

“Wake Up, Girls!” is an anime about a tiny production company based in Sendai, Green Leaves Entertainment, on a verge of going out of business. The company last desperate actions to scout out seven girls to form an new idol unit, hoping to save itself by using this unit to take over another established idol unit, the I-1 club.
