The opening theme for ufotable’s anime adaptation of Bandai Namco’s bestselling video game, God Eater, has released a short 30-second PV preview. The preview of the song, titled “Feed A” by OLDCODEX has been uploaded on the official Lantis Youtube channel after a limited release to their fan club members earlier this week.
Feed A will be released on 5 August in two editions: Limited first-press and standard (see below). Coupled with Feed A on this release are the songs Stained me and Where I Stand. Vocalist Ta_2 pulls double duty as composer (Feed A and Where I Stand), and painter Yorke returning as lyricist (all three songs) on this single.
Feed A single standard edition release (1,300 yen)
Feed A first press limited edition release, comes with music video and behind-the-scenes DVD (1,800 yen)
The new God Eater anime will premiere on 12 July instead of the original date of 5 July, due to some production issues.
