[ANIME] Kantai Collection animated movie green-lit

Brace yourselves admirals, we are getting a new Kantai Collection animated movie, and the beloved characters featured in the TV anime have been confirmed to appear!

During the 2nd KanColle Naval Review (Kankanshiki), it was announced that a new movie is scheduled to premiere in 2016, though no exact release date has been confirmed. A special event footage for that new movie has also been confirmed, and it features the following ships:

Destroyers:
Fubuki Kai Ni
Yuudachi Kai Ni (POI!)
Mutsuki
Shimakaze

Battleships:
Kongou Kai Ni
Hiei Kai Ni
Haruna Kai Ni
Kirishima Kai Ni
Nagato
Mutsu

Aircraft Carriers:
Akagi
Kaga
Shoukaku
Zuikaku

Torpedo Cruisers:
Ooi
Kitakami

Light Cruisers:
Kuma
Ooyodo
Yuubari

Heavy Cruisers:
Choukai Kai Ni (not in the TV anime)
Furutaka Kai Ni (not in the TV anime)
Kako Kai Ni (Not in the TV anime)

It was also indicated via twitter that there will be another KanColle anime, which will also be a sequel to the previous TV anime, and it will be a different project from the movie. Both the movie and this sequel anime are being produced at the same time.
