With its 9 October premiere in Japan already approaching, Studio Trigger’s official youtube channel has started streaming a new trailer for the much-anticipated animated short film, Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Parade. The film is the sequel to Trigger’s beloved animated short, Little Witch Academia.

The trailer introduces us to an upcoming event known as the “Enchanted Parade”, and everybody is excited to participate. However, as usual, trouble seems to be brewing. The video also features the anime’s theme song, “Magic Parade,” which is performed by Yuiko Ohara.

Little Witch Academia 2 is the direct sequel to Trigger’s now-famous animated short, which made its debut during the 2013 edition of the Anime Mirai. It became an instant hit, and because of its popularity, many people wanted a sequel. Thanks to a crowdfunding project on Kickstarter, Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Parade is now made possible as the movie reached its US$15,000 goal is just 6 hours. The anime made its premiere last 3 July in Los Angeles, California during the Anime Expo event.
