Singapore Airlines is giving their passengers a special treat from 1 November 2015 until 29 February 2016, because they will be showing Knights of Sidonia: Battle for Planet Nine, the second season to the critically acclaimed science fiction/ mecha anime, as part of their in-flight entertainment for commercial flights.

The airline will be showing all 12 of the anime’s episodes via the KrisWorld Entertainment System. They will be available for viewing with Japanese audio and English subtitles. Those long 6 to 15-hour flights won’t seem boring now, huh?

However, this won’t be the first time Singapore Airlines has done something like this as they have previously shown all twelve of the anime’s first season earlier this year. The second season picks up where the first one left off, as Sidonia tries to navigate through Gauna-infested space to find a new home.
