During the spring festival in the town of Oarai, the very town made famous by Girls und Panzer, it was revealed during a stage presentation that there will be a new Girls und Panzer OVA via both DVD and Blu-ray format.

The new OVA is titled  “Arisu War,” and it will feature the Oarai girls going head to head with the University All-Star Team, which is led by a girl named Arisu. According to the announcement, the Arisu War OVA is slated for release on 27 May 2016.

And speaking of the Oarai Spring Festival, Kana Ueda, who voices Momo Kawashima in the anime, was also present in the event, together with other GaruPan seiyuu, Mikako Takahashi (Yuzu Koyama), Misato Fukuen (Anzu Kadotani), Mami Ozaki (Hana Isuzu), and Mai Fichigami (Miho Nishizumi). The cast tweeted a few images from the event.

The seiyuu hosted the program, together with Japanese pro-wrestler, Masahiro Chono, who also serves as the series’ ambassador.
