Dengeki Bunko has made two very important announcements concerning two of their most popular ongoing “Siscon” light novel series, with Tsutomu Satou’s Irregular at Magic High School and OreImo author, Tsukasa Fushimi’s latest “Siscon” light novel series, Eromanga Sensei.

For Irregular at Magic High School, it was announced that the light novels will be getting an animated feature film, which promises that good’ol Tatsuya Shiba will become a legend. Sasuga onii-sama indeed. Not much has been announced for the movie, so stay tuned for more details.

Meanwhile, for Eromanga Sensei, Dengeki Bunko announced that an anime adaptation has been green-lit, however, it is still not clear whether this anime adaptation will be a film, an OVA, a web anime, or a TV anime, much like Fushimi’s former series, OreImo.

Described as Tsukasa Fushimi’s “new sibling romantic comedy” following his hit OreImo light novels, the series follows Masamune Izumi, a high school light novel author, whose published works are illustrated by a mysterious artist called “Eromanga Sensei.” Masamune has never met his illustrator, however, due to a turn of events, he meets Eromanga Sensei, who turns out to be his shut-in little sister, Sagiri.

More details on the two big “Siscon” anime announcements will be revealed on later dates.
