Nobody can be 17 forever, right? Apparently, Kikuko Inoue is, as she recently posed as a 17-year old school girl to promote Elecom’s new “stereo headphones perfect for anime music”… with her actual 18-year-old daughter.
The “17-year-old” seiyuu, together with 18-year-old daughter Honoka, are appearing as friends in front of the train station. This is the first time that the mother-daughter pair have appeared together in a photo shoot together.
They are promoting the EHP-SH1000 and EHP-SL100 earphones by Elecom, which are targeted towards anime fans, both young and young-at-heart.
Honoka is also an aspiring seiyuu who wants to follow in her mother’s footsteps, and as Elecom is targeting anime fans with an Anisong theme, they have chosen the two of them as ambassadors for their new earphones, as the “17-year old” seiyuu, Kikoku Inoue, has sang thousands of songs, and voiced dozens of legendary anime characters, like Belldandy from Oh my Goddess and Ranma 1/2’s Kasumi Tendo.
