ThailandĀ better be ready, because one of Japan’s most badass seiyuu is coming to Bangkok! That’s right folks, Junichi Suwabe is coming toĀ ThailandĀ for C3 Anime Festival Asia Bangkok! This lovable seiyuu will be C3 AFA Bangkok’s special guest for the screening of Kuroko’s Basketball the Movie: Last Game.

Of course, he voices Daiki Aomine in the film. Aomine is part of Team Vorpal Swords, as they take on the American team known as Jabberwock in order to defend the pride of Japanese basketball. And this is no easy task for Aimone and the rest of the Generation of Miracles, as their American opponents don’t just beat their foes, they humiliate them as well. As for Junichi Suwabe, he’ll be appearing during the Kuroko’s Basketball stage presentation on 10th June at 2:30 pm.

But Daiki Aomine ain’t the only character Suwabe is known for voicing. He’s also known for voicing GARCHER… I mean Archer Emiya in Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Bladeworks (TV). Junichi Suwabe also voiced Keigo Atobe in The Prince of Tennis, as well as Viktor Nikiforov on Yuri!! on Ice. Yes ladies, he’s also voiced Viktor! He also voiced Ren Jinguji in UtaPri, Grimmjow in BLEACH, and of course, Youji Itami in Gate. He’s a pretty dandy guy too… in space, as he also voiced Dandy in Space Dandy.

Aside from anime, he also voiced a few video game characters. This includes Relius Clover in the Blazblue franchise, as well asĀ Seymour Guado in the Final Fantasy Franchise. And since Tekken 7 is now out, he also voicesĀ Lars Alexanderson in the Tekken franchise.

Born in 29 March 1972, he currently works under the talent agency, Haikyo. He also has a few awards as a seiyuu under his belt. He won theĀ Best Singing Award during the 6th Seiyuu Awards, as well asĀ Best Supporting Actor during the 7th Seiyuu Awards.

Junichi Suwabe, along with other special guests, will arrive in Thailand for C3 AFA Bangkok 2017.Ā he event will happen at theĀ Royal Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon,Ā Bangkok, Thailand from 10th -11th June. You can now book your tickets here:Ā TICKETMELON
