Genesis Frontier Pte. Ltd. — one of Singapore’s premiere TCG and hobby retailers and distributors, has recently opened its asobi! concept store at 14 Arumugam Road, just minutes away from Macpherson MRT. asobi! features an open-plan retail space, a convenient in-store mini-cafe, and a generous mezzanine floor designed for card tourneys and other small events.

We spoke to Ms. Sharon Lee — Genesis Frontier’s Managing Director, during the store opening, and she was very happy to talk about the new space, “We don’t want asobi! to be just another retail store, we want asobi! to be a place where anime and card game fans can come together and have fun!”.

She said that they at asobi! were open to fans and event organizers holding events at their mezzanine space; all they had to do was drop by and make rental arrangements. With the recent rise in the number of local, fan-run events, the opening of the new asobi! concept store is definitely welcome news!
